The service
Zovo Habit Tracker is a tool provided by Zovo, a brand operated by autom8 LLC for use inside ChatGPT, Claude, and other MCP clients. Zovo Habit Tracker makes a printable habit tracker for any month. List your habits and get a PDF grid with one row per habit and one box per day, with the real number of days in the month, weekday initials, weekend shading and a thick line at the start of each week (Monday or Sunday). A habit that only happens on some days, such as the gym on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, gets boxes only on those days and a Done column with the number of scheduled days that month. Add weekly pages with bigger boxes, print 1 to 12 months at once, and choose Letter or A4, landscape or portrait, an accent colour and month names in 28 languages.
